About the video
- Webb premiere 19 May 2021.
In spring 2021, the Ericsson Globe was renamed Avicii Arena. One of Stockholm’s most iconic landmarks was thus named after one of Sweden’s greatest international artists of all time.
The name change was part of a world-unique initiative by Stockholm Live and the Tim Bergling Foundation in collaboration with various partners. Beyond hosting concerts and sporting events, the vision is for Avicii Arena to also serve as a meeting place dedicated to supporting young people's mental health and future.
To mark the renaming and the launch of the initiative, the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra recorded a brand-new interpretation of Avicii’s For a Better Day, performed by 14-year-old Ella Tiritiello from Kristianstad. The symphonic arrangement was created and conducted by Erik Arvinder.
